Hi, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! You can always be in touch with us for any need, requirement or problem during your stay. The day before your arrival, the person in charge of your check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. Once you arrive, he will show you the house and give you the keys. You will then be contacted again for check out. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. ATTENTION: as it is an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can have time to arrive on site to welcome you. We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the BOOKING booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax The municipality of Sanremo applies a tourist tax of euro 1.50/day per person (up to 15 nights) all year round, which will be collected in cash upon arrival. Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER.

Fully renovated apartment located on the top floor of a building in the heart of the historic center of Sanremo, just 5 minutes walk from the Ariston Theater, where the famous Sanremo Festival is celebrated every year. Equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi. Located on the top floor, the apartment consists of a cozy living room with a sofa bed for two people, an extendable dining table and a TV. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need to prepare and consume your meals: hob with burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and freezer, kitchen utensils and dishes. There is a bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed. Finally, the bathroom is complete with sanitary ware, shower, washing machine and dryer that can be used during your stay. For your personal items, you will find a "storage" room with a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. The linen is provided by us for each stay for the number of people in the reservation, and is included in the price. Air conditioning is available in the house, which can also be used in the winter months as heating in the appropriate winter mode. The accommodation has no private parking and is located in the historic center of Sanremo, therefore in a pedestrian area reachable only on foot. Pets are NOT allowed. ATTENTION: the accommodation is not recommended for elderly people or those with walking difficulties as it can only be reached after a walk and several flights of stairs.

A walk here allows you to discover an unseen Sanremo made of winding alleys and stairways, arches and buttresses, secluded and quiet squares. A few steps away from you you will find all the services you may need: numerous restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets. The Ariston theater is only 350 meters away, the seafront and the beaches are about 800 meters and can be reached in 12 minutes on foot. Over the years, the most modern part of the city has become an elegant world-famous tourist center that welcomes visitors and tourists all year round and entertains them with events and endless possibilities for entertainment. The most famous events, in addition to the Song Festival, are the Corso Fiorito "Sanremo in Fiore", the Milan-Sanremo cycling race and the Sanremo Rally, a legendary motor race that is part of the Italian and European Rally championship. In addition to being able to visit the city, with short trips you can reach the nearby cities of Imperia, Bordighera and Ospedaletti, Ventimiglia and arrive in less than an hour at the first locations of the French Riviera such as Menton, Monte Carlo and Nice.
